1. Overview

What is SPERS-JC/MI

SPERS-JC/MI is a centralised merit-based placement exercise conducted for returning Singaporeans who wish to join Year 1 of a junior college (JC) or Millennia Institute (MI) at the beginning of the next academic year. It is not compulsory and does not guarantee admission to your school of choice. It is intended for those who prefer the convenience of a centralised placement exercise.

Note:

  • You may approach your preferred school directly in end December for the school's consideration. Admission is subject to availability of vacancies in the school. To assess your child's suitability for admissions, schools may conduct school-based assessment tests, interviews, or both.
