Funds in your Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) can be used to pay for your own or your siblings’ approved programmes in our list of approved institutions. It can also be used to repay loans and financial schemes.
You can use your PSEA funds to pay for the following approved programmes at the approved institutions.

For payment of approved fees and charges, you can withdraw the PSEA funds by establishing a Standing Order with us or by submitting ad hoc withdrawal applications as and when withdrawals are to be made. The form to use will depend on the approved institution you are in. Consult the approved institution you are studying in on which form to use.
Establishing a standing order
The Standing Order (SO) is a 1-time application and the SO instructions will apply to all future withdrawals until the SO is terminated or replaced, regardless of which approved institution you attend.
- Download the PSEA Standing Order form and submit the completed application form to your institution.
- Download the PSEA Standing Order Termination form . If you are no longer studying in an approved institution, please mail the termination form to:

You will receive a letter informing you of the outcome of your standing order application or termination within 3 weeks after the form submission.
Ad-hoc withdrawal application
The ad hoc withdrawal application is an application for a one-time withdrawal for a specific purpose. You will have to submit the ad hoc withdrawal application forms for each specific withdrawal.
Download the PSEA Ad Hoc Withdrawal form and submit the completed application form to your respective institutions.
You can use your PSEA funds to repay the outstanding principal loan and interest charged to the government education loans such as a Tuition Fee Loan, Study Loan, or Overseas Student Programme Loan.
It can also be used to repay approved financing schemes such as loans under the CPF Education Scheme taken for studies in autonomous universities, polytechnics, ITE, and art institutions.
For repayment of government education loans and approved financing schemes using PSEA funds, the account holder must have already left the institution as those who are still studying in the institution can use their PSEA funds for payment of approved fees and charges.
To withdraw your PSEA funds for the repayment of the government loans and approved financing schemes, you can submit your application online using your SingPass. A parent or legal guardian is required to submit the application on behalf of an account holder who is below 21 years old.
